We are really pleased that having a new doctor on board means that we can now open our books to more new patients.

If you would like to enrol contact reception via phone on 07 549 0411 or come in person. If you come in person bring either:

• a NZ passport

• or a NZ birth certificate AND photo ID

• if you are not a NZ citizen please also provide your passport and either a two year working visa or residency visa

If you do not have these please call reception for guidance.
