As a practice we understand that life can be unpredictable and that due to this you may not be able to attend your booked appointments with us.  However, with our appointments booking out well in advance, missed appointments often mean that another patient misses the opportunity to be seen by their clinician earlier.

For this reason, as of Monday 2 November 26, a DNA (Did Not Attend) fee will be charged for missed appointments. What does this mean for you?

• If you do not attend your appointment or cancel your appointment less than 2 hours before your appointment time, you will be charged a DNA fee.
• The DNA fee incurred will be for the cost of the service booked i.e. if you missed a standard 15-minute GP appointment you will be charged for a standard GP appointment. If you missed a drivers licence or skin surgery appointment, you will be charged the cost of these services.

If you are unable to attend, we encourage you to contact our reception team who will be more than happy to help you reschedule your appointment.
