We offer a full service for womens’ health including assessment and management of new symptoms as well as contraception and family planning. A number of our doctors are able to fit long acting contraceptives including both implants and intra uterine devices and some of our doctors fit and check pessaries.

Smear tests are performed by our specially trained nurses. Regular smear tests are currently recommended for all women aged from 25 to 70. You may have heard that from July 2023, the primary test for cervical screening will change to a human papillomavirus (HPV) test, with the option of self-testing. However until that programme is available it is important to continue with smear tests. Do not delay – phone for a nurse appointment now.
