Important Notice Regarding Additional Charges
Please be aware that there will be charges for consultations requiring longer appointments, follow-up phone calls, referrals, repeat prescriptions, completion of medical forms, and other services provided outside of your standard consultation. These services require clinical time and administration and are not always covered by consultation fees or funding.

Saturday, Sundays and Public Holidays are for URGENT appointments only – a $40 surcharge will apply to all standard appointments except enrolled children under 14 who are free. Weekend ACC appointments will incur a $30 surcharge.

Repeat Prescriptions incur a fee of $25.00. Please allow 2 days for all Repeat Prescriptions, these can be sent directly to the pharmacy of your choice .

Urgent prescriptions required the same day incur a fee of $32.50.

Urgent prescriptions required the same day on a weekend or a public holiday incur a fee of $40.

We expect all charges to be paid for at the time of consultation. Payment may be made by cash, EFTPOS, Visa / MasterCard and online banking.

Visitors are required to pay before their consultation.

Unpaid accounts may incur debt collection charges. If you are having trouble paying your bill please speak to your doctor or the Administration Manager.
