There is a dedicated duty doctor and nurse available every day to attend to acutely sick patients that are enrolled with us. These appointments are for emergencies only. Please phone Reception or a nurse.
For medical advice after hours you will be redirected to a triage service and answered by a qualified nurse. The nurse will discuss treatment options and point you in the right direction for the care you need.
In a life threatening emergency it is still best to phone for an ambulance on 111
Thanks to everyone who asked after the safety and wellbeing of our staff. It’s nice to know that you view us as human beings.
We have had a security guard present this week which has given reassurance to staff and patients. We will be opening as normal this weekend between 8:30am to 12pm Saturday and Sunday for urgent visits.
Remember we are people, here to try and help you as best we can within the broken health system. But we will not tolerate abusive behaviour towards our staff and we have a low threshold to call the police if needed.
